Returns & Exchanges

At Bop Canvases, we want you to love your new art as much as we loved creating it. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your canvas within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Canvas

  Carefully place the artwork in its original protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
